This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases from Tidm, operated by 104 PALMERA LLC. It covers jump ropes, speed ropes, weighted ropes, digital rope sets, handles, cables, and included accessories sold through this store.
Return Window and Condition
- Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
- Customers may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Product condition accepted for return: new only.
- Exchanges are accepted when the replacement item is available.
- Return method: by mail.
Fitness Product Return Eligibility
Returned items should be unused, clean, undamaged, and returned with original packaging plus all included handles, cables, counters, cordless balls, or adjustment parts. Items with sweat residue, worn handles, kinked cables from use, missing parts, or signs of workout use may not qualify as new-condition returns unless required by law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives with a damaged cable, missing handle, faulty counter, incorrect color, or missing accessory, contact care@tidm.shop within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number and photos of the item, packaging, label, and visible issue.
How To Start a Return
- Email care@tidm.shop with the order number, item name, and return reason.
- Wait for return instructions before mailing the item.
- Pack all rope parts securely and include every component from the original package.

Labels, Fees, and Refunds
- Return label: included in the package, free.
- Restocking fee: No cost. No restocking fee is charged for approved returns.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments.
- Refund processing time is 10 days after approval and submission.
Exchanges and Cancellations
Exchanges depend on availability of the requested rope type, color, length, or handle format. Cancellation requests can be reviewed before an order enters fulfillment. Once shipped, the customer may request a return after delivery.
